We love Dr. Nelson and his staff! The office is very kid friendly with games for the kids to play while they wait! The dental assistants are very kind and gentle with the patients. My son is loving his new braces and the fresh baked cookies they gave him when he was finished! I will tell all our family and friends to come see y'all!

I love Dr Nelson, Dr Risinger, and all of their staff! Everyone is so incredibly nice. I just got my braces off yesterday and am so excited to have them off, PLUS I have beautiful-straight teeth. BUT, I'm also sad that I won't get to go back and see everyone like I have for the last two years. Thank you Dr Nelson! You are awesome!

Most professional, state of the art, beautiful, Orthodontic Office in the Golden Triangle! Not only is the office beautiful, but so are the employees. Seems like an extended family.

Nelson is a new patient at this office. The experience so far as been very pleasant. From the friendly "hello" when you walk in, to the "see you next time" (with a warm cookie) greetings are nice to hear. Office staff is always very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
